An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Sales Administrator to join Blackpool Honda, one of the successful dealerships that is part of Cox Motor Group.
We are looking for a proactive and positive individual who will endeavor to be their best.
The role of the Apprentice Sales Administrator will be to support the admin manager and the busy sales team, processing documents, registering vehicles and preparing packs ready for customers to help ensure a smooth delivery takes place.
Duties to include on a daily basis:
* Recording orders onto Excel
* Ensure vehicles are ordered or available
* Invoicing
* Registration of new vehicles using the online RaV system.
* Ensuring all documentation relating to vehicle delivery is completed accurately and on time
* Compiling accurate stock reports
* Good and effective communication skills both internally and externally
* General administrative duties

* IT literate and have good computer skills
* Relevant experience that applies to the role
