Role Overview
This role supports a major Affiliation Options Transformation Project, a key initiative within a wider integration programme. The project involves a large-scale engagement exercise and transition phase across multiple Wealth Management teams, requiring structured analysis, engagement tracking, and the creation of detailed transition materials. We are seeking a highly organised and analytical individual to support the preparation of team-level insights, financial models, transition options, and executive materials, while coordinating engagement activity across a broad set of stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the delivery of the Affiliation Options programme by producing comprehensive team transition packs, preparing financial models, managing engagement schedules, capturing feedback, and contributing to design decision-making. This position requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple teams with tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed team-by-team transition packs outlining impacts, options, and key considerations
* Support transition planning across approx. 120 investment teams for independent contractor and employee affiliation models
* Prepare materials for platform branch options (c. 49 teams)
* Develop management packs including additional insights to facilitate engagement discussions
* Build and update financial models for each affiliation option
* Draft concise talking points summarising key impacts, risks, and opportunities for each team
* Develop and present transition plan options, ensuring clarity and consistency
* Conduct competitor analysis to articulate the value and competitiveness of proposed offerings
* Maintain a central schedule tracking engagement with all investment teams, actions, and follow-ups
* Attend Wealth Management engagement sessions as required, capturing actions and supporting project leadership
* Support the programme’s Design Authority, collating, tracking, and presenting team feedback to inform potential refinements to the affiliation models
Key Skills and Experience
* Experience in project analysis, business analysis, or PMO roles within Financial Services
* Strong analytical skills with experience producing structured packs, models, or stakeholder materials
* Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities; comfortable supporting senior leadership discussions
* Ability to work across multiple workstreams with tight deadlines and high volumes of information
* Experience in Wealth Management, financial modelling, or transition programmes (desirable)
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying issues and opportunities
