Responsibilities
* Corresponding with third parties and clients
* Digital dictation (BigHand)
* Using the case management system
* Requesting searches, AML checks and final searches
* Submitting land registry applications and dealing with requisitions
* Document management and creation
* Handling client telephone calls, enquiries and requests
* Dealing with incoming emails and post and replying to correspondence accordingly
* Assisting with file opening and closing
Qualifications
* Previous experience of conveyancing
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good keyboard skills
* Basic knowledge of legal letters
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to self‑manage and prioritise workload
* Commitment to the ethos, values and strategy of the firm

This role is permanent and the hours of work are 09:00 until 17:00 Monday to Friday, with options to work hybrid – three days in the office and two days at home if preferred.
