The Opportunity
As Production Manager, youll be responsible for leading and motivating a small team, ensuring day-to-day production targets are achieved in terms of quality, delivery, and cost. Youll champion lean manufacturing principles, oversee continuous improvement initiatives, and drive efficiency through excellent people management and structured processes.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll not only oversee production but also be actively involved in implementing and sustaining flow cells, lean practices, and Kanban inventory management.
