Role Overview
Retail Sales Colleague at Currys, Tunbridge Wells.
Permanent, Part Time – 8‑15 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours.
Hourly pay: £12.71* plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (raising to £13.01 after successful completion of probation).
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
* Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Support store operations by completing operational tasks.
* Work flexibly across opening hours, typically including Saturdays and Sundays.
Qualifications
* Approachable and friendly.
* Keen to learn about the latest technology.
* Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
* Strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store.
