Your new role
With recent success in the Social Housing market, thispany is now seeking the services of an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the finishing works on a block of Social Apartments in Derry City. As Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing andmunicating with the internals teams in order to ensure client time and budget targets are met. You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on health and safety. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency within your team, whilst managing subcontractors and ordering materials. This role is initially on a temporary basis for a 10-12-week duration.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful Finishing Foreman will be able to meet targets within time and budget whilst upholding the highest standards of health and safety. An established background in overseeing internal trades and subcontractors, particularly on Social or Private Housing projects, is required in order to drive the project forward and deliver to schedule. You must have excellent technical ability and possess a high level of organisation. You will demand high levels of output from your team and will be capable of leading by example. Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate.
