Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner
As an EYP, you’ll help shape the daily experiences of children aged 0–5 through nurturing care and engaging activities. Your role will include:
* Supporting fun, age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework
* Promoting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play
* Helping with daily routines including mealtimes, personal care, and transitions
* Observing and recording children’s progress to support their learning journeys
* Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where all children can flourish

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Has experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting
* Brings a kind, patient, and playful approach to everyday tasks
* Understands the importance of child-led learning and the EYFS
* Works well in a team and communicates confidently with children and adults
