About The Role

We are seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing to achieving sales targets.
Main duties include:
* Developing customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
* Working within the sales team on product promotions, answering calls and electronic queries
* Satisfying customer needs regarding parts orders and queries
* Contributing to team performance while working on personal sales benchmarks
* Liaising with the Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements
* Enhancing product knowledge through internal literature and e-learning
Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working
About You
Ideal candidates will have telesales and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced sales environment. Requirements:
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
* Organised with attention to detail
* Customer-focused and target-driven
* Motivated by sales and resilient to rejection
* Willing to learn and develop
* Team player with the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* IT literacy
* Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is helpful but not essential
