We are seeking an enthusiastic GCSE Maths Lecturer to join a supportive Further Education team in Hitchin. You will deliver engaging GCSE and Functional Skills Maths sessions to learners aged 16-18, helping them build confidence and achieve their academic goals.
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver high‑quality GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths lessons
* Plan, assess and adapt teaching to meet diverse learner needs
* Create an inclusive, motivating classroom environment
* Track progress and provide constructive feedback
What We're Looking For
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths
* Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Experience teaching in FE or delivering GCSE/FS Maths
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
