What You’ll Do:
* Interact with customers in person at our Foreign Exchange Bureau, delivering excellent service while handling their foreign currency needs.
* Stay informed about the latest daily exchange rates, monitoring local competition to ensure competitive offerings.
* Process large cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Achieve sales targets by proactively promoting additional travel‑related products and services.
* Monitor and manage stock levels of foreign currency, ensuring availability to meet customer demands.
* Conduct precise cash reconciliations and adhere to banking procedures in line with company policies.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in customer service and cash handling is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
* Familiarity with foreign exchange markets and knowledge of daily exchange rates.
* Confidence in reconciling cash accurately and following company banking policies.
