The Role
- Develop our cloud‑based cyber security platform using Django and React.
- Coach and support team members through code reviews and pair programming.
- Provide line management for team members including regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
- Leverage and integrate the latest AI assistants and tools to boost productivity and code quality.
About you
- Full Stack developer, ideally using Python (Django) and React.
- Champion of TDD, BDD, and quality‑driven development.
- Proven experience integrating and managing third‑party APIs.
- Understanding of and leading the team in applying software security fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of AWS services, GitHub Actions and Terraform.
- Experience managing a remote team.
