What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Winning new lettings instructions and growing the landlord portfolio Conducting property valuations and advising landlords on the lettings process Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants Making outbound calls and following up on leads to generate business Building and maintaining strong local market knowledge Identifying opportunities for business growth and maximising revenue Working collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven ability to secure lettings instructions Excellent telephone sales and customer service skills Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven Intelligent, quick-witted, and able to work under pressure Well-presented and articulate Local knowledge of Basildon and surrounding areas (advantageous) Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car What's In It For You?
