Start your Career in HR We have a great opportunity for a proactive individual with an enquiring mind to join our People Team as a People Team Apprentice. In this role, you will play a key part of our Administrative Team, by providing high quality, proactive and confidential administrative support across the service alongside studying for your Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship. Study time will be given during work hours to allow you to complete the apprenticeship. We are a busy People team, assisting over 900 employees. You will therefore gain experience in all aspects of HR by handling day to day queries and working on a range of processes from recruitment through to retirement. You will learn to use our HR systems, the importance of maintaining records, and in conjunction with the rest of the team, you will act as the first point of contact for all queries. The successful applicant will be customer focused with a professional and confident telephone manner, and good IT skills across a range of packages. We are looking for someone who is confident enough to ask questions in order to learn, as well as to put forward ideas for improvement.
