Care Team Leader - Nights (Maternity Cover)

Week 1: Monday and Friday, 19.45 - 08.00; Week 2: Thursday and Friday, 19.45 - 08.00

24.5 Hours
Pay:
£14.34p/h - £14.80p/h

The Role of Care Team Leader:
* Our Care Team Leaders are central to our operations. As the recognized Senior Carer on a shift, you'll have overall responsibility for monitoring the health, care, and social needs of our residents.
* Prepare, implement, and review personal care plans, including administering medication.
* Supervise, support, coach, and develop team members, liaising with residents, their families, and other involved parties. Ensure residents' needs and wishes are at the heart of our care.
* Lead during emergencies or when staff or residents require assistance.

About You:
* You should be an experienced Carer, ideally holding a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or be committed to attaining this.
* You must demonstrate good organization and staff management skills, be proficient in writing and updating Care Plans, and competent in medication administration.
* Most importantly, you should be passionate and committed to providing exceptional care to residents, their families, and friends.
