Tudor Employment are recruiting multiple Customer Experience Advisors for our client based in Cannock, WS11. The location is well serviced by public transport links from Walsall, Bloxwich and Birmingham.
You will join a vibrant and diverse team within newly refurbished premises. The main function of the job is to handle a high volume of inbound customer queries received by telephone, live chat or email.
This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position with overtime available.

– Previous experience within a call centre or telesales environment
– Excellent telephone manner
– Proven customer service and administration experience
What will I be doing? Key duties of the Customer Experience Advisor will include:
– Handling a high volume of inbound calls
– Assisting commercial customers with queries related to their waste collection services
– Manage all information in accordance with GDPR
– Liaise with depots and other business areas
– Answer queries in a timely and professional manner
– Input notes of calls onto a computer-based system
– Manage live chat and email enquiries
– Process contractual information
– Use of SalesForce CRM
What are the hours of work?
This is a full-time vacancy, working Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM. Overtime is available upon completion of the probationary period.
What is the rate of pay?
The Customer Experience Advisor will be paid at a rate of £10.35/hour.
