Our well-respected client in Uddingston specialises in fresh and frozen food services, picking up cages from one of the UKs largest supermarkets.
They are looking for an additional night shift driver to start immediately, who will be responsible for driving a Cat C+E double-decker from Uddingston to East Kilbride where you will assist with loading cages, continue on to Cairnryan to meet another HGV for trailer swap, then head back to East Kilbride to unload cages, then back to Uddingston.
This role would suit you if you love driving on the open road when its at its quietest!
Pay rateduring temporary period whilst with Driver Hire (paid weekly):
* £18.00 per hour for experienced Cat C+E drivers.
* £15.75 per hour for newly qualified HGV 1 applicants. Training will be provided by shadowing one of their current permanent drivers.
Salaryupon successful completion of temp-perm period:
* £38,000 per annum + bonus
