Purpose of the Job:
To provide safe, person-centred support to residents across several Leicester residential services, helping them with daily living, promoting independence, and ensuring their wellbeing.

* Aylestone Lane, Wigston, LE18 1AR
* Deveron Way, Hinckley, LE10 0XD
* 1 Carlton Drive, Wigston, LE18 1DE
* Pay: £12.65 per hour (day shifts)
* Wake Nights: £15.81 per hour
* Contract: Ad hoc / flexible shift work
* Driving Licence: Not required — but you must be able to travel to the services
Day-to-Day Tasks:
* Supporting residents with daily living tasks and personal care
* Promoting independence, choice, and a positive living environment
* Working as part of the staff team within each service
* Following support plans and recording relevant information
* Ensuring safety and wellbeing throughout every shift
* Adapting to different routines across multiple residential homes
Requirements:
* In-date physical Moving & Handling certificate (essential)
* Experience in care or support roles (desirable)
* Ability to travel independently to the listed locations
* Reliability, professionalism, and good communication skills
* Flexibility to cover various shifts, including wake nights
