Overview
The Marlow Education Trust is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated casual hours Recreation Assistant who will play a vital role in overseeing the functionality of our school premises during Saturday activities (some Sunday working may also be required, which will be agreed in advance). The successful candidate will act as a Key Holder working closely with the Sports and Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the school site during Saturday activities.
This role ensures that the site is safe, secure, and well-maintained while in use for lettings, events, or school-approved activities. There may also be the opportunity to work across other sites within the Marlow Education Trust.
Full training will be provided, including key holding procedures and emergency protocols.
The Marlow Education Trust (MET) is a Multi-Academy Trust committed to excellence in education, ensuring the highest possible quality of education for all children in our community. The Trust was founded to support education in schools in the local community in and around Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
