Key Role Responsibilities

* Plan, manage and execute strategic multi-channel campaigns with a focus on ROI.
* Build and lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across new and existing customer accounts.
* Partner with Sales to develop half-year campaign strategies that increase pipeline and deal conversion.
* Produce campaign assets and content, including emails, blogs, landing pages, and social posts.
* Segment data and analyse customer insights to optimise targeting and messaging.
* Track campaign performance, pivot based on results, and report clearly on impact.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Champion marketing best practice while delivering at pace and to high quality.

Key Attributes Required

Experience

* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Channel Marketing (VAR, MSP, vendor, or distributor).
* Proven background in ABM and multi-channel campaign execution.
* Strong grasp of how MSPs and resellers operate and sell.
* Skilled in writing compelling campaign copy and content.
* Confident presenting campaign performance and data-led insights.
