We’re a fast-growing, founder-led Gen Z fashion brand are on an exciting scale-up journey. As Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine behind the brand — translating the founders’ vision into seamless, commercially sound execution across logistics, warehousing, and day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce fashion brand environment and knows how to bring structure, clarity, and scalability without killing creativity.
You’ll work closely with the founders and senior stakeholders to build operational foundations that support growth in the UK and internationally.
Operational Leadership
* Execute the operational roadmap in line with the founders’ nd CEO vision and growth plans
* Act as the central point of coordination across logistics, warehousing, customer experience, and head office operations
* Introduce processes, systems, and KPIs that enable scale while remaining agile
Logistics, Warehousing & 3PL
1. Manage relationships with 3PL partners and warehouses (UK and international)
2. Oversee inbound, outbound, and returns operations to ensure speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency
3. Continuously review and improve logistics performance, SLAs, and cost structures
