Planning and Logistics Coordinator - Support Centre We are looking for someone to join our small but mighty team as Facilities Manager to provide support to our portfolio of 10 restaurants, 2 pubs and our boutique rooms, all set in amazing iconic buildings across England and Wales. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in multi-site facilities and property project management, preferably in pubs or restaurants Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver within budget Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day maintenance across the estate Lead small-scale refurbishment and capex projects Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance Manage maintenance budgets and contractor performance Support sustainability initiatives (energy, CO2, water use) Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
