What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism
* Helping pupils access learning, develop social skills, and build confidence
* Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
* Creating a calm, structured, and positive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, tutoring, youth work, or care backgrounds welcome)
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to support pupils across different ages and needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
