Multi:Skilled Engineer
We are seeking a Multi:Skilled Engineer to join our production team. This role focuses on maintaining, fault:finding, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems within a fast:paced industrial environment.

Salary: Starting circa GBP45,000 : GBP47,000.
*
Hours: 40 hours per week on a rotating double:day shift pattern.
*
Shifts:
Week 1: Mon:Thu (06:00:14:00), Fri (05:00:12:00)
Week 2: Mon:Thu (14:00:22:00), Fri (12:00:19:00).
*
Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half (Mon:Sat) and Double Time (Sun).
Responsibilities
*
Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues in commercial and industrial systems.
*
Install electrical systems to 17th/18th edition regulations.
*
Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery, LV systems, and control circuits.
*
Perform root cause analysis to prevent repeat equipment failures.
*
Calibrate equipment, including roll gaps and encoder feedback.
Requirements
*
Essential: Electrical Apprenticeship and previous experience in a manufacturing/production setting.
*
Technical: Knowledge of IEE regulations and ability to read electrical schematics.
*
Desirable: City and Guilds 2360/2382, Inspection and Testing (2391), and PLC/Automation knowledge.
*
General: Valid Drivers License and high safety awareness.
