They are considering candidates who have recently graduated and those with about 12 months experience. Their workload spans residential, commercial, and arts projects, and they pride themselves on delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations. About you
* Hold a degree in structural engineering
* Ambition to pursue Chartered status in the future
* Some exposure to building structures through university projects, internships, or placements
* Proactive, with a willingness to learn, take on responsibility, and challenge yourself
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Passion for design and engineering
* Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is advantageous, but not essential
