The Opportunity
We’re seeking a high-performing, experienced Principal Contract Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record of building and growing contract desks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with warm client relationships. You'll be responsible for both developing existing client accounts and bringing on new business, with the support and tools to do so effectively.
Longer term, there are management opportunities, with scope to grow your own team.

You will bring:
Proven experience in a 360 contract recruitment role, with a strong understanding of the full contract lifecycle
Comfortable in a 360, business development-heavy environment
Experience recruiting within life sciences markets is desirable, but not essential
Clear, professional communication skills with both clients and candidates
Proactive, with the motivation to succeed
Ambitious and commercially driven, with a desire to grow a team of their own
