This isn’t a sit‑back‑and‑wait role. You’ll be front and centre—creating opportunities through creative outreach, especially personalised video messaging.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Identifying and targeting new clients across the ACE industry
* Creating engaging outbound video campaigns to win attention and meetings
* Building and managing your own pipeline of prospects
* Developing long‑term client relationships
* Collaborating with recruiters to deliver top‑tier talent solutions
* Using LinkedIn and digital tools to position yourself as a market expert
