We’re looking for a strategic and creative Campaigns and Content Manager to lead our communications for our regulatory services and drive our content and channel strategy. The role will be split into two – 2.5 days spent on regulatory service communications and 2.5 days spent on content and channel development. You’ll shape compelling, audience-focused campaigns that support our regulatory objectives, manage multi-channel content planning and delivery, and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all platforms. This role also requires innovation and creativity, a sharp editorial eye, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content. * Lead integrated campaigns and communications that promote our regulatory services and priorities, working alongside Community Safety colleagues to make sure messaging is cohesive and timely. Plan, deliver and evaluate this effectively, meeting agreed objectives. * Support the Head of Campaigns to develop and deliver a cohesive content and channel strategy, growing channels and improving content * Oversee video content creation across our social media channels, focusing efforts on channels including Instagram, * Monitor performance and understand impact and outcomes * Proven experience in campaign management, including planning, delivery and evaluation • Strong storytelling skills, with strong writing and editing abilities • Knowledge of regulatory or public sector communications (preferred) • Strong knowledge of social media channels and content creation, with understanding of how video can maximise our reach and channel growth RQ(phone number removed)
