Overview
Join the RMG Customer Service Contact Centre as a Customer Service Advisor based in Northwich. You will be the voice of RMG, building rapport with customers and answering queries relating to their properties and accounts.
Important dates
Assessment centres will be held on Wednesday, 17 September 2025. Successful candidates will begin on Monday, 6 October 2025.
What you will do
You will respond to inbound customer contacts (via phone, email, WhatsApp or online chat), providing advice, guidance and services/solutions to meet customer needs. You will ensure all transactions are recorded in our industry-leading system (Salesforce) and process documentation from customer contacts, passing information to colleagues to action. You will regularly support other areas of the business with various projects.
Hours and working pattern
Our Customer Service Centre is a 24/7 operation. The shift pattern is a 4-week rotation: 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 12-8. Every 4 weeks you will work a weekend shift and have days off in lieu the week prior and after.
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated people with a positive attitude. Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential; you can forge a career within RMG with the right skills and attitude. You will be a great communicator, demonstrate empathy and be happy to help both customers and colleagues.
* First-class customer service skills, with a natural ability to provide great service
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to follow instructions quickly and accurately; confident to ask questions if unsure
* Good organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
