What you'll be doing
* As the wellbeing coach, you'll be the person that residents, families, and colleagues know as the one who makes things happen.
* Develop and organise enrichment and wellbeing activities on a weekly and monthly schedule for our community, and get to know our residents to find out what makes them happy as individuals.
* Learn about residents' hobbies and interests and work with colleagues and families to ensure residents can continue doing what they love.
* Ensure activities are fun and meaningful, catering to diverse interests and abilities, such as trips, workshops, and celebrations.
* Support colleagues' wellbeing and promote a positive, creative living environment.

About you:
* Excellent communication skills, passion, empathy, and a desire to make people's lives more enjoyable, rewarding, and fun
* Strong organisational skills, leadership experience, and self-motivation
* Keen interest in the local area and community groups, with knowledge of local events and outings
* Experience working or caring for people in a residential care setting or transferable skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills for care planning and activity documentation
* Leadership skills and experience in inspiring a team
