Duties
* Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
* Identify potential clients through research and networking, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing them with relevant information about our products and services.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales process.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
* Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for management review.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
* Training will be provided
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
