Look no further We have a fantastic opportunity for a Visitor Services Officer to join our team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
The role will involve delivering an efficient reception service across various Councils offices located in Stockton. This includes the new office at Dunedin House - a beautiful, welcoming and modern work location.
This is a front facing role where your main duties will include greeting and assisting visitors in a warm and professional manner, answering and directing phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, managing and coordinating meeting room bookings and providing general administrative support.
You will also provide support across other Council reception sites to meet the needs of the service. You will receive excellent support and join a welcoming, supportive team.
We would love to hear from candidates that have:

* Strong organisation and attention to detail skills
* Good IT skills and experience of using Office application including Word, Excel and Outlook
* English and Maths Level 2 (i.e. GCSE Grade C/4 or above or Functional Skills)
The operating hours of our receptions are 8:30am - 5:00pm. We are looking to recruit on a part time basis (working up to 30 hours per week). Availability / working hours can be discussed as part of the interview process.
