In this role, you will develop the skills and certifications necessary to perform effectively in a technical and clinical role. You will gain hands-on training and experience with Stryker’s upper extremity portfolio, including: Blueprint planning software, Tornier shoulder solutions (e.g., Perform Humeral, Perform Reverse, and Flex), and Latitude EV elbow, to ensure successful surgical outcomes.
You will provide clinical product support to end users and on-site guidance during surgical procedures. You will resolve technical product and service issues, provide training, ongoing in-services, and customer education to assigned accounts.
Clinical and Technical Expertise:
* Complete 101 and 201 training and understand basic procedures.
* Complete Stryker Learning Management System (SLMS) assignments timely.
* Build knowledge of Stryker implants, instrumentation, and clinical benefits.
* Learn proprietary software for pre-operative CT scans and assist in surgical planning.
* Observe and apply training practices for surgeons and hospital staff.
Account and Territory Management:
* Assist in day-to-day account coordination and procedures.
* Develop knowledge of hospital and account preferences to meet customer expectations.
* Manage account administration duties such as audits, PER, RMA, billing, and case closure.
* Assist in product demonstrations and lab logistics.
* Collaborate with internal sales teams to support business growth.
Under the guidance of managers, work collaboratively to support cases and contribute to business growth across the region.
