Responsibilities and duties of the Sales Engineer role
Reporting to the General Manager you will:
1. Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle
2. Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site customer visits
3. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of products and systems
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to energy and power systems equipment
5. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions
6. Support the sales team with proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
