To be a success with Lane7, you’ll:
We’re looking for a confident, experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You’ll bring strong ER expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build trust across all levels of the business.
* Have solid experience managing ER cases independently from start to finish.
* Are a clear, confident communicator who can coach managers and deliver training.
* Understand UK employment law and HR best practice.
* As People Advisor you will need to be organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing policies, contracts, and documentation.
* Enjoy working with HR systems and improving processes.
* Have experience in and thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment where no two days are the same.
* As People Advisor you need to bring a positive, solutions-focused approach and love supporting people.
* Have a Level 5 CIPD or higher
You’ll also:
* Know when to escalate high-risk or complex issues to the People Lead.
* Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgement at all times.
* Collaborate closely with venue teams, operations, payroll, and external partners.
* Keep safety, compliance, and fairness at the centre of everything you do.
The Role
At Lane7, our people are the heartbeat of our brand. As a
People Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee
experience across our venues—supporting managers, guiding teams, and ensuring
our people processes are consistent, compliant, and full of Lane7 personality.
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things HR, helping us
create a workplace where people feel supported, empowered, and set up to
thrive.
In this role, you will:
* Lead
end-to-end employee relations case management, including investigations,
disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and absence.
* Coach
and guide managers through ER processes, ensuring fairness, consistency,
and compliance.
* Maintain
and update HR policies, contracts, and handbooks, ensuring version control
and legal alignment.
* Manage
HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and smooth
workflows.
* Oversee
compliant onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks,
documentation, and system setup.
* Deliver
training to managers and teams on ER processes, people policies, and best
practice.
* Provide
day-to-day HR advice to managers and team members, acting as a trusted and
approachable point of contact.
* Support
the People Lead with people projects, engagement initiatives, and
continuous improvement.
* Produce
people metrics and insights to support decision-making and identify trends
or risks.
