Join GSK’s innovative and collaborative team as a Tech MA&D Portfolio Manager, working as part of a global team to drive delivery of technology programs and interventions for business development and site integration/divestment projects across our supply chain organisation.

The Tech MA&D Manager acts as the single point of accountability of the Tech delivery for supply chain and manufacturing processes and functions in one or more MA&D transactions.

Lead one or multiple SCD&T Tech workstreams for Business Development (BD) deals and continuously improve the technology MA&D strategy and playbook through effective networks and partnerships across internal and external teams (computer validation, cyber security etc.), building trusted relationships with BD leads across the business.

Role Responsibilities

As a Tech MA&D Portfolio Manager, you will:

* Serve as the single point of accountability for Tech delivery in supply chain and manufacturing functions for MA&D transactions.
* Lead one or multiple Tech workstreams for Business Development (BD) deals and improve the technology MA&D strategy and playbook.
* Partner with central MA&D Tech and Data Office (TDO) to manage demand, standard work, and governance.
* Collaborate with technology product teams and business functions to enable integration or divestment activities.
* Manage performance, budgets, and risks for Tech projects related to MA&D deals, including Transitional Service Agreements.
* Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including supply chain BD, buyers, sellers, vendors, and corporate development teams.
* Communicate critical milestones and manage project finances effectively.

Basic Qualifications

* Strong business partnering and relationship management abilities.
* Experience developing Tech strategies and managing programs of work.
* Capability to lead and deliver Tech change across matrixed organisations and diverse geographies.
* Knowledge of performance management for Tech programs, regulatory requirements for Tech systems, and risk management techniques.
* Understanding of digital, Tech, and IT solutions relevant to supply chain and manufacturing.
