Duties of the Service Advisor include:
6. Managing customer vehicle service bookings efficiently
7. Providing excellent customer service and presenting service options clearly
8. Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process
9. Liaising with technicians to communicate customer requirements and vehicle status
10. Upselling additional services and maintaining high standards of customer care
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor position:
11. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
14. Knowledge of dealership systems and processes preferred
15. Ability to build rapport with customers and work as part of a team
