Starting Salary: £40,221with the opportunity to progress to £44,428 pa annum plus 3% market enhancement

Job Duties:
We are seeking two dynamic individuals to join us at ARC Services. These individuals will have the ability to lead a team, “think on their feet”, manage risk and deliver creative interventions. One will have oversight of our Rapid Response Team and the other our Short Breaks Residential Team.
The purpose of this role is:
1. To support and guide the Rapid Response and Residential Teams to undertake direct work with children and families with the most complex needs, using a range of interventions, organised through the ARC framework in collaboration with senior colleagues and management across the service.
2. To identify and act on safeguarding concerns in a timely manner.
3. To be on-call to risk assess and make decisions during out of hours ensuring all young people are safe.

For these roles it is essential to:
4. Have extensive supervisory experience and advanced knowledge of Safeguarding.
5. A Social care, health or education qualification which equates to a minimum of NVQ4, or equivalent experience.
6. Be flexible to support the teams during evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
7. Be a hands on team player, leading by example.
8. Ability to communicate with young people, adults and professionals.
9. Knowledge and understanding of Ofsted Regulations
10. Lead and aspire others, promoting a creative and flexible service offer.
11. Have a full driving licence is a must.
