Job Purpose:

Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and order queries.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily order loading and order queries, including any electronic order processing

2. To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets

3. Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved

4. Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution

5. Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales

6. Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager

7. Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required

Knowledge Skills and Experience

8. Strong attention to detail

9. Process driven & results orientated

10. Customer focused

11. Excellent organization skills

12. Effective time management and prioritizing skills

13. Numerate

14. Excellent communication skills

15. Excellent customer relations skills

16. SAP R3 (preferable)

17. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook

18. Can work well under pressure
