This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, improving processes, and working closely with operational teams. What You’ll Be Doing Taking a hands-on approach to clearing a backlog of invoices. Mapping and improving Accounts Payable workflows to drive efficiency and accuracy. Working closely with the Supply Chain and Goods in teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end processes. Providing guidance, support, and oversight to our existing AP Administrator. Acting as a key point of contact for AP–related queries across the business. What We’re Looking For Someone who is comfortable getting stuck in with operational tasks. Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and workflow optimisation. Excellent communication skills, especially when working with supply chain and operational teams. A supportive working style — able to guide and mentor junior team members. Happy to work 5 days per week on-site in our Tewkesbury office.
