As Finance Manager you will support the Senior Management Team in providing clear effective weekly and monthly reporting. You will be responsible for developing the finance function brand across the organisation, as an efficient and professional team that enables commercial growth. The Finance Manager role supports the preparation of monthly accounts, including cost management & profitability analysis. Key responsibilities include: Lead financial reporting and analysis, budget forecasting, working capital management, and risk and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision-making Ownership of the P&L, providing high quality monthly performance reviews, ensuring robust tracking against plan Prepare and present financial reports, P&L bridges, EBIT analysis, Risk & Opportunity overviews and strategic narratives to support the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors Act as the financial business partner across the organisation, supporting project bids, cost and profitability analysis. Actively monitor and support cash flow generation through accounts receivable monitoring Effectively manage, develop and enhance robust internal financial controls and governance. Management of the group company annual audit. Provide ad hoc analysis and provision of financial advice as required to support leadership team in decision-making and monitoring of financial performance.
