Your new role
This role sits within a fast‑paced private client department where you’ll provide dedicated support to fee earners across a varied caseload. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
1. preparing legal documents
2. coordinating bundles
3. managing iing enquiries and ensuring accurate and timely file administration
4. handle and create documents
5. liaise with clients
6. maintain the department’s systems and databases to help the team operate smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Prior experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within a private client team
8. Available for part-time work
9. Fast and accurate typing skills, including audio typing
10. Strong organisational ability and a calm, efficient approach to managingpeting tasks
11. Confidence using legal case management systems and maintaining accurate digital records
12. A high level of attention to detail and a proactive, professional manner
