Your main responsibilities on the job will include: Surface preparation Mixing and colour matching Paint application Finishing and polishing Attention to detail Paint defect repair Requirements Experience in surface prep (cleaning, sanding, masking) for paint jobs. Skilled in paint mixing and colour matching using colour codes and systems. Proficient in applying primers, base coats, and clear coats with spray equipment. Ability to polish, buff, and correct paint imperfections for a smooth finish. Familiar with repairing minor defects like chips, scratches, and dents. Knowledge of safety procedures and proper equipment handling. Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail. Experience maintaining tools and accurate job records.
