About The Role
This is a key leadership position within the global Finance function. You will oversee financial reporting and compliance across assigned international regions, ensuring timely delivery of management accounts and statutory filings. Leading a team of four, you’ll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while acting as a trusted business partner to operational teams.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and mentor a small finance team, supporting their professional growth.
* Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver insightful variance analysis.
* Produce management packs and lead discussions with operations teams.
* Own the budget and forecasting process for assigned regions.
* Ensure compliance with statutory accounts, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.
* Act as key liaison for group audits and statutory accounts.
* Support commercial decision-making through appraisals and contract reviews.
* Drive process improvements in reporting, controls, and finance systems.
What We’re Looking For
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in management accounting or financial reporting.
* Proven experience managing and motivating a team.
* Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and tax compliance.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
* Experience in multinational environments and multi‑currency reporting is desirable.
* High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and commitment to deadlines.
