Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
To work collaboratively as part of a national team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the fee earning team thereby assisting in the delivery of a quality service to our clients.
You will be required to:
1. Support fee earner email management, ensuring emails are filed in the relevant electronic system in accordance with procedures, processes and policies. Provide paper filing support in situations where digital filing is not possible.
2. Prepare outgoing post following procedures in a timely manner.
3. Support fee earners in the preparation of court bundles where required.
4. Assisting PA’s with uploading/labelling documents to IM Share
5. Assisting PA’s with booking travel and accommodation in accordance with company policy
6. Matter maintenance - to ensure accurate cost estimates are maintained on the matter on the 3e system and clients are regularly informed of cost updates.
7. Ensure safe keeping of client original documents and that these items are returned to clients at the end of their matter.
8. Ensure all incoming post is reviewed by a suitable fee earner in a timely manner.
9. Work collaboratively with the team PAs to provide a seamless and efficient, top quality service to clients, fee earners and third parties
10. Assisting PA’s with fee earner expenses
11. Assisting with meeting room/desk bookings
12. Uploading BD information onto Peppermint system
13. All other ad hoc tasks required
About You
14. Administrative experience (legal administrative experience desirable)
15. Able to use own initiative
16. Good verbal and written communication
17. Time management and organisation
18. Professional presentation
19. Ability to work flexibly and under pressure
20. Knowledge of legal procedures desirable
