Your new role
You’ll join the Tenancy Services team on a 3-month temporary contract, covering the Northampton and Rugby areas. Your responsibilities will include conducting tenancy sign-ups and home visits, providing advice on rent and benefit entitlements, managing arrears and tenancy sustainment plans, and liaising with internal teams and external agencies to resolve tenancy issues and anti-social behaviour.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have proven experience in tenancy or housing management within social housing, with strong knowledge and experience of working withplex ASB cases, rent collection, welfare benefits, and arrears recovery processes. Excellentmunication and negotiation skills are essential, alongside the ability to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders. You must be confident working independently across multiple sites, proficient with Microsoft Office and housing management systems, and hold a full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel locally.
