Job Title: Payroll Specialist (Contract 6 Months)
Location: London, Holborn (Hybrid: 1 2 Days/Week in Office)

Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in UK payroll processes and hands-on experience using ADP iHCM2.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Payroll Managers in accurate and compliant payroll processing.
* Manage and process payroll using ADP iHCM2.
* Validate payroll data, including deductions, statutory leave, and benefits.
* Respond to payroll queries and generate payroll reports.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate employee records.
* Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation.
* Handle onboarding/offboarding and expatriate documentation.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years using ADP iHCM2.
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll laws and compliance.
* Proficient in Excel; CIPP qualification is a plus.
* Experience with expatriate payroll (inbound/outbound) preferred.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
