Job Objectives: As Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planned, organised, and timely delivered maintenance tasks throughout the Production Facility. This is a varied role requiring a engagement with our key stakeholders, operational oversight with strategic input and directly contributing to the safe running of the Production Facility. Responsibilities: Planning scheduled daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks Scope and plan emergency and non-emergency work orders Ordering and assembling spare parts, materials etc Managing work order backlog Assessment of completed work orders for additional work planning Maintaining maintenance data bases Maintaining stores stock control Preparation and issuing of planned work packages Assessment of contractor RAMS Preparation and issue of Permit to Work documents Personal Specification: You will be a strong organiser and communicator, with the confidence to engage across different teams.
