Customer Service Order Processor
Salary: £25,121 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm (rota basis) + occasional Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm
Location: Osgodby Area
About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Operator to provide high-quality support to key internal and external customers. This is a fast-paced role where you will manage orders, resolve queries, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Key duties
* Manage customer orders, prescriptions, and complaints
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
* Provide solutions to customer queries quickly and professionally
* Produce accurate reports and maintain records
* Support key accounts with tailored customer service
* Work closely with stakeholders to improve customer experience
Requirements
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
* SAP / CRM experience desirable but not essential
