Cobalt are delighted to be working with a privately owned developer that has established a reputation for partnering with housing associations to deliver schemes that address local housing need and support regional housing strategies.
Working directly with, and supported by the Land Director, the Graduate will assist across a wide range of development and land activities, including:
* Assisting with the identification and appraisal of potential development opportunities
* Carrying out market research and basic feasibility studies
* Maintaining land and opportunity trackers
* Gaining exposure to contracts, legal agreements, and development structures
* Preparing reports and briefing notes
* Learning how affordable housing schemes are structured, funded and delivered
This role would suit someone who is:

* Curious about property, development, and the built environment
* Comfortable asking questions and keen to learn by doing
* Commercially aware, with good attention to detail
* Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
* Organised and able to juggle varied tasks
Degree discipline is open (property-related degrees welcome but not essential). You will need to be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.
