We’re seeking a driven Site Engineer with a strong background in structural steel to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects across the UK
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving on-site, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking team with a strong pipeline of work.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
* Setting out and supervising works on site, ensuring accuracy and quality
* Coordinating structural steel erection, alignments, and connections
* Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
* Managing health & safety standards and site documentation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with structural steel projects (essential)
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
* Knowledge of site setting out, surveys, and quality checks
* Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
